Real Estate and Google
To really learn the value of the internet, your real estate website needs to be at the top of Google. Google ranks your website on many avenues. On site optimization, off site optimization (backlinks), age of your domain name, other competition, freshness of your pages (how often they are updated), keyword density, page rank, etc. Google is the hardest search engine to obtain a steady ranking with, but they are also very good at blocking spam oriented websites. Another speculative issue surrounding Goog, is what is commonly called the “Sandbox.” Plan on not achieving any rank in this search engine until your domain name has seasoned for a minimum of six months.
