Advertise Homes Free! Membership fees have yet to be determined. In the future, as we continue to build our loyal customer base, we will establish monthly membership fees. These potential fees will help to combat against spam, keep our community updated and constantly changing, manage the server, and pay the outsourced employees to maintain the every day upkeep.

There will be a six month beta period from the official launch of the community. During this period, membership will be a free service and you will be able to use the full functionality of the site. Should we decide to charge monthly membership fees after the six month beta period; any profiles and listings that have been uploaded will remain live until the set expiration date. To gain access and upload or change your profile, you will have to pay the minimum membership fee. Pricing terms and conditions have yet to be established.

You know the type; they receive a lead and then broker it to someone else for a fee (Sometimes this can be done three or four times before you actually make contact with the lead).  

Pay-Per-Click Advertising: $1.75-$5.00 per click!

Maybe you’ve tried this. All of the major search engines have a sponsored results section where the highest bidder can retain top positions throughout that specific engine until the total allowed budgeting has been used. If you want the top spots and a fair amount of traffic, be prepared to pay over $100.00 per day.

Our membership fees will consist of $7.95 per month for the ability to have up to 4 active listings ($1.98 per listing/month…if you have 4 listings) and $14.95 per month to upload unlimited listings. What’s included with a membership?

When Your Listing Is Published  

-         A home icon marks the address of your property on our Google Mapping System

-         Display your picture, contact information, and link to your website

-         Buyers can add your listing to their shortlist (saved listings account)

-         Buyers can send the property to a friend

-         Display your virtual tour link and tour on the listing page (flv files only for now)
