E stablishing a community for a lifetime, while staying abreast of the latest advancements in the industry has been the concept of VirginiaBeachEstates.com since we purchased the domain from GoDaddy in 2005. Meeting the consumers demands, providing a service for agents and FSBO's, and enjoying the atmosphere is our only mission!

Our concept is centered on the building block of the universe. We are creating a localized “Real Estate Element.” Within this element, we have one very common atom, which has a “new” nucleus, and three basic electrons. Without becoming too consumed with the chemistry side of the concept, we brand the nucleus as encompassing both neutrons and protons displaying online real estate and traditional real estate principles. Orbiting around this center, are three basic electrons which consist of real estate brokers, for sale by owners, and consumers.

However, there’s still more to consider. As these “electrons” continue to utilize the internet, we have been seeing increased frustration and horrible communication levels. It’s our goal to reverse these levels on a local scale and enjoy an atmosphere where it’s easy, inexpensive, and fun for everyone to participate!
