Of course, there are other websites that provide property listing databases and access to the local multipal lsting service, but we have yet to find an actual community that helps everyone with the real estate transaction.

We are positioned on the top of Yahoo! for many locally competive search strings, as well as the other major search engines. So if you post your listing on this site, there is a high probability that many home buyers will be viewing your properties details and contact information. Quick benifits include, links to your specific website, the ability to present your own virtual tour, google/yahoo mapping, featured advertising, sms text messaging, your contact information, private "hits" counter, a personal profile page capable of displaying all your current listings, a blog, and many other community features, rss feeds of your listings are submitted direct to edgio.com, propbot.com, and google.com, rotating "featured agent" section on our home page, and many other benifits. After creating your account and browsing around the site, you will become very familiar with these benifits!

02.For FSBO's, we offer everything that the real estate agents and Realtor accounts come with, plus optional virtual tour upgrades, featured "FSBO of the month," and a dedicated technical support line to help answer any of your questions. In the future, we will be adding online chat for you to communicate with us 24/7.  

03.For landlords and local advertisers we have everything you need and once again, throughout our beta period, advertisers will receive free banners! Of course, advertising will be on a first come, first serve basis as we do not want to clutter our site with usless advertisements. 

04.For our most important visitors, we offer something that really can't be found anywhere in the area. The ability to search for homes without having to give out your contact information and a huge database with FSBO and MLS listed homes! However, should you decide to register for an account with us, you will have access to your own personal "Short List." This is a feature that will enable you to save your favorite listings for a period of 40 days! We also have a community of Realtors and real estate agents for your browsing entertainment.
