A picture is worth a thousand words. Taking good pictures is half the battle when you’re trying to post your home on the major property portals around the internet.

It is recommended that you watch the For Sale By Owner posting guide before you try to post your home for sale on our website. You may also want to check out our FAQ’s sections if you are still left with unanswered questions.

1) Establishing your account for the first time, will allow you to login and have access to your control panel. By providing a valid email address, you will immediately receive the activation email and your account information. Remember to click on the activation link in the email and then you’re ready to login for the first time.

2) Now you must create your profile before you can post your property for sale. We make this a requirement, so the home buyer can see who has the home listed. If you don’t have a picture of yourself, feel free to use one of your favorite pictures, a picture of your home, or just leave it blank. Keep in mind however, that you will have a spot on our homepage under our “latest sellers” section. Other quick tips when creating your profile include, describing why you need to sell, providing more information about your home, adding your contact information, politely asking agents not to call you unless they have a serious buyer, etc. Use this area to help sell your home!

3) Adding your property will take about 5 minutes. After submitting the home, it will need to be approved by our staff to ensure you are following our guidelines. This process will typically be handled in less than 24 hours. Make sure to take note of the image sizes that are allowed as well (you are able to add 12).
