The featured listings on the right hand side of the site are up for grabs! As you may have seen, there are ten listings that are always featured. These listings automatically rotate with every page view/refresh/landing. The amount of featured listings will not exceed fifty, to help keep this feature manageable and useful to all the agents/fsbo’s that want to jump in and feature their homes. Once we reach fifty featured listings, the thirty day clock will start and every month, we will restart the featured listing promotions or accept requests in the order they were received. How do I get a featured listing?

Email us your listing details with the home address and VirginiaBeachEstates.com listing I.D. number and we will make your listing featured! It’s just that simple. Our monthly premium featured listing position (located next to the Newbie Block) will be available to those of you that can help promote VirginiaBeachEstates.com! If we determine that you have successfully met the requirements, your listing will be exclusively featured for one full month which could mean many extra hits to your profile and other listings that you have for sale. Just like the other featured listings, you can retain this position for a period of 30 days on a first come, first serve basis.

How do I get a premium featured listing?

All you have to do is send 10 of your closest realtor/agent friends an email telling them about VirginiaBeachEstates.com! It’s extremely easy to do to.
