I guess the concept was thoroughly explained in the previous post, but I’ll elaborate on it a bit. The entire website has been warped into a potential blogosphere. Does that matter? It could be a great thing if people begin to participate.

It revolves around the community concept…the Virginia Beach Chime, “A Community for a Lifetime.” Every blog entry and web page throughout the site is blog ready. Chances are, if anyone has a question (agent, consumer, investor, lender, or any relevant industry professional) there will be an answer provided in real time.

It’s also about marketing and consumer choice. Every reply to any conversation, article, or web page allows for promotion and opinion. You can provide your contact information (including website), remain anonymous, or be known for adding your two cents.

I’m also going to be contacting some very knowledgeable people across the country to stop by and contribute a few good words. It probably won’t be as often as I’d like (everyone’s time is valuable), but when they frequent the site, they will provide other avenues to help everyone further evaluate the entire real estate industry.
