The Baycliff subdivision is a Great Neck corridor landmark. The neighborhood was established in the early 1970’s and is in very close proximity to the Alanton neighborhood of Virginia Beach. Baycliff homes can be seen from Broad Bay as you leave the Lynnhaven Boatel and proceed inland by boat toward Linkhorn Bay. Because of the age of the neighborhood and the mature Baycliff community, Baycliff homes have a low turn-over rate. Recent average sales prices range from the mid 400’s to the low 500’s. However, as you journey down Baycliff Drive and make your way closer to Broad Bay, “Baycliff” waterfront real estate can exceed the million dollar price tag. The main entrance to the Baycliff neighborhood is off of Mill Dam Road, just off of Great Neck or First Colonial. The waterfront Community of Baycliff has 476 homes and will always be a well-known, respected Virginia Beach neighborhood.
