Cape Henry Shores is located off of Shore Drive and is adjacent to First Landing State Park. The Cape Henry Shores neighborhood also backs up to Long Creek and Broad Bay, giving some of the homes direct access to the Chesapeake Bay. Cape Henry Shores homes range in price from the mid 300’s to just under the million dollar mark, and the neighborhood was mostly developed/built in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. With only one entrance to the neighborhood (Kendall Street), Cape Henry Shores is secluded, mature, and offers a vacation type lifestyle for its residents. The Cape Henry Shores subdivision has roughly 180 homes, which occasionally are listed for sale. On average, over the past few years, 3-6 homes are sold per year. Cape Henry Shores is also a waterfront community as canals wind and weave throughout the neighborhood, linking it to Long Creek.
