Saw Pen Point is located off of Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach, just off of North Witchduck Road and directly across the water from Kings Grant. The subdivision of Saw Pen Point grants access to the Lynnhaven Inlet and is an established waterfront community in Virginia Beach. Developed in the late 1970’s and early 80’s, the neighborhood of Saw Pen Point features tall pine trees, large private lots, and includes nearly 150 homes, with newer homes being built in the 90’s and early 2000’s on Tree Chop Circle and across Witchduck Road. Homes for sale in Saw Pen Point range in price from the high 400’s to the million dollar range and possibly the multi-million dollar range, demanding more money for waterfront estates. Off of Saw Pen Point Trail, on Witch Point Trail, homes become stately and monopolize large, well manicured waterfront lots.
