Shadowlawn is priceless, during the summer months that is. The Shadowlawn neighborhood entertains and provides more activity than any other neighborhood in Virginia Beach. Hop on a bike, cruise to Rudee’s, Rockafellers, Big Sam’s, and then catch a night at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Mainly located between Norfolk Ave., Lake Rudee/Rudee Inlet, and Atlantic Ave., Shadowlawn is composed of high-rise condominiums, older beach bungalows, new construction, rehabs, and waterfront homes positioned on Lake Holly. Shadowlawn breaks down in grids, but for some reason, even though the lots are smaller, Shadowlawn doesn’t feel that congested. Homes for sale in Shadowlawn can range in price from just under 100 thousand to above 800 thousand. Natively, Shadowlawn is a “beach bum’s” paradise.
