This is a free service with shuttles provided by the city of Norfolk for tourists and its citizens alike who want to travel around central downtown. The route stretches across 2.2 miles, with the shuttle making sixteen stops in between. And since it is free, traveling within central downtown with the Norfolk Electric Transit is definitely the way to go for all your money’s worth.

Another option would be to take the Hampton Road Transit (HRT), which is Norfolk’s major public bus system. There are a total of 23 routes around Norfolk, with each route servicing multiple stops.
