Before you fill out the Search The MLS form, there are a few things I would like to let you know. Our (Hampton Roads Realtors) South Eastern Virginia Multiple Listing Service provider, who is called REIN (Real Estate Information Network), recently established what is known as an “MLS E-PASS.” You can search the mls for homes, but you will not be able to view the selected properties criteria. In order to view all of the homes information, REIN makes you purchase an “E-PASS.” Realtors in this area do not receive the money…Its not expensive; it just annoys some people (like me)!
